Okay, this is part one, thread one of the new FireClan rp! Yay! So it’s about FireClan (obviously) and over the last few moons many cats have been disappearing. FireClan fears it is because of their isolation from the other Clans. Many warriors begin to hear whispers in the night of cats like the founder of their Clan, Inferno that are long gone.
Ravenstar is going mad from the ghosts that seem to surround them. Ravenstar thinks they have to go over the mountains, and far away, leave the Clans, and possibly River’s long lost group of cats, before all of FireClan disappears forever, and before the angry spirits decide to take out their anger on all the Clans.
If you own a FireClan cat, just send me the link to their page, or if you don’t make one!
He never would adjust to the sound of a meeting-summons, for where he had come from, there was nothing but silence, save for...well, he'd rather not think about it. He didn't want to risk returning there, or having them come after him for finding a way to escape. There was no knowing what havoc they might wreak. The slender black tom pushed the thought to the back of his mind and rose from his nest in a stretch, arching his back and yawning silently. With his muscles stretched, Umbra finally turned to gather at Ravenstar's call.
Umbra looked generally unbothered by the announcement, but then again, he had no ties to the land. He simply stared up at Ravenstar with unblinking copper eyes, waiting for whatever else the leader might have to say.
It appeared that Umbra was the only one who didn't really care about leaving, but then again, it wasn't like he had been born into FireClan. He had no emotional attachment to this land, or any physical thing, for that matter.
Umbra sat with his ears perked and eerily pitch-black coat well-groomed. He was ready to leave, prepared to travel. The farther he got away from that dreadful place, the better. Not FireClan camp- he didn't mean to offend, it was...some place different. Not like the others could hear his thoughts.
In fact, I hope we get moving soon. The sooner, the better. The shadowed fighter thought to himself calmly, shifting weightlessly on his paws to pull a pebble out from between his toes. Umbra spat the worthless pebble out before resting his paw back on the ground. I can only hope that these cats know where they're going.
The fighter twitched his whiskers to communicate his thanks before lowering his head to gobble up the herbs. That was done, so...now what? He supposed he'd have to wait for the entire clan to have their share of herbs and be on their way. I hope they cease their whining and get to eating.
Leave FireClan, leave FireClan camp...same thing. These cats have bees in their brains- what's so wrong with change? They sounded like a bunch of bickering elders to Umbra, but he made no comment...mostly because he was mute.
Ravenstar led the rest of the cats out of camp. Once they had left their territory, he looked back. How long until the other Clans find out we’ve left? He wondered. He shook his head, and kept walking.
